Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Kairoscope mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama", "biz")
kişisel verilerinizi nasıl topladığını, kullandığını ve koruduğunu açıklar. Uygulamayı
kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Topladığımız Veriler
Hesap bilgileri
- Google veya Apple ile giriş yaptığınızda: e-posta adresi, ad, profil fotoğrafı ve benzersiz kullanıcı kimliği.
Analiz için girdiğiniz bilgiler
- Ad-soyad, doğum tarihi, doğum saati, doğum yeri; ilişki analizi için partner adı ve doğum tarihi.
- Ürettiğiniz analiz raporları ve geçmişiniz, kredi bakiyeniz.
Cihaz bilgileri
- Temel uygulama kullanım ve hata verileri.
2. Verileri Nasıl Kullanıyoruz
- Analiz raporlarınızı üretmek (yapay zeka yorum katmanı ile).
- Hesabınızı ve analiz geçmişinizi yönetmek.
- Hizmeti iyileştirmek, güvenliği sağlamak.
3. Üçüncü Taraflar (Veri İşleyenler)
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore veritabanı) — hesap ve verilerin saklanması.
- Google Gemini API — analiz oluşturmak için girdiğiniz bilgiler Google'a gönderilir ve işlenir.
- Apple — "Apple ile Giriş" özelliği.
Verileriniz Google Cloud altyapısında saklanır ve Türkiye dışındaki sunucularda işlenebilir.
4. Veri Saklama
Verilerinizi hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklarız. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde ilgili
kişisel verileriniz makul bir süre içinde silinir.
5. Haklarınız (KVKK / GDPR)
Kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
Hesabınızı ve verilerinizi silmek için uygulama içinden veya aşağıdaki e-postadan talepte bulunabilirsiniz.
6. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamayız.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Kairoscope mobile app ("App", "we")
collects, uses and protects your personal data. By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Data We Collect
Account information
- When you sign in with Google or Apple: email address, name, profile photo and a unique user ID.
Information you enter for analysis
- Full name, date of birth, birth time, birth place; partner name and date of birth for compatibility analysis.
- Your generated reports and history, and your credit balance.
Device data
- Basic app usage and crash data.
2. How We Use Data
- To generate your analysis reports (with an AI interpretation layer).
- To manage your account and analysis history.
- To improve the service and maintain security.
3. Third Parties (Processors)
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore) — account and data storage.
- Google Gemini API — the details you enter are sent to and processed by Google to generate analyses.
- Apple — "Sign in with Apple".
Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure and may be processed on servers outside your country.
4. Data Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal
data is deleted within a reasonable period.
5. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your personal data.
To delete your account and data, use the in-app option or contact us at the email below.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is published on this page.
