Bu koşullar, Kairoscope uygulamasının kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
Kairoscope, girdiğiniz ad ve tarih bilgisinden sabit bir formülle hesaplanan bir profil üretir ve bunu yapay zeka ile profesyonel bir dile çevirir. İçerikler öz-değerlendirme ve planlama amaçlıdır; tıbbi, psikolojik, hukuki, finansal veya profesyonel tavsiye niteliği taşımaz ve kesin sonuç garantisi vermez. Önemli kararlarınızı yalnızca bu analizlere dayandırmayın.
Google veya Apple ile giriş yaparsınız. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve altında yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. 13 yaşından büyük olmalısınız.
Analizler kredi ile üretilir. Krediler dijital içeriktir; yasa gereği zorunlu haller dışında iade edilmez ve nakde çevrilemez. Satın alma özelliği ileride Apple Uygulama İçi Satın Alma ile sunulabilir.
Uygulama, logo ve içerik Kairoscope'a aittir. Kişisel kullanım dışında izinsiz çoğaltılamaz.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Kairoscope uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır.

These terms govern your use of the Kairoscope app. By using the App you agree to them.
Kairoscope computes a profile from the name and date you enter using a fixed formula, then uses AI to express it in professional language. The content is for self-assessment and planning purposes; it is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice and offers no guarantee of accuracy. Do not base important decisions solely on these analyses.
You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for your account's security and activity. You must be over 13.
Analyses are produced using credits. Credits are digital content; except where required by law they are non-refundable and have no cash value. Purchasing may be offered later via Apple In-App Purchase.
The App, logo and content belong to Kairoscope and may not be reproduced without permission except for personal use.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Kairoscope is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
We may update these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
